Stern pulpit swim ladder

I have a 1984 C27 and I'm looking for a ladder. Someone backed into my boat a couple of weeks ago and really bent mine bad.Trying to get in touch with the person who did the damage so he can pay. I'll even settle for a used one, I just want it fixed
