What is your spring project(s)? What is on your wish list to do? How soon do you plan on working on them?

I have plans to replace my macerator pump, the bowl on my Racor (I am the idiot who cracked mine very slightly (isn't leaking but don't want it to start because a messy bilge is a stinky bilge), and maybe do halyards. My halyards aren't too bad but it is a good time to replace them.

Of course I have woodwork to do and the other normal things.

Bought a project.

Need to rip out the cabinets in the head to get at the loose chainplate knee.
Need to rebed all the deck hardware.
Need to install an anchor roller for the Claw.
Need to repair the sunshade cover on the Genoa.
Need to replace the water system hoses.
Need to repair the holding tank connections. Vent and washout. Tank is dry and odor free so I wonder how long it's been out of service.
Need to replace the head seacock after attempting to free it up.
Need to replace the y valve. Stuck on discharge. See broken holding tank.
Need to replace the centerboard. Broken off.
Need to replace the zincs.
AND OMG!!!!! Neither bilge pump runs when the power panel is turned off. Need to figure out which one to wire direct to the battery.
Replacing gaskets in all the ports.
Replacing screens for two ports.
Replace head liner panels under the ports due to water intrusion from the ports.
Replace bad non-structural bulkhead from port leakage on starboard side.
Replace motor mounts just because they look 30 years old.
Lifelines and topping lift are vinyl covered and rust showing through cracks in vinyl.

The good news is the hull is sound and the deck firm and the sails are good and the motor runs smooth. :)

The bad news is there's also a "Honey do" list for this boat. :naughty:

Geesh. Let's see:
1. Bottom painted, new depth and speed transducers installed, folding prop serviced.
2. I waxed hull and topsides, cleaned & polished all the stainless. Five days!
3. Wired in new transducers, added electronic fuel gauge.
4. Installed larger bilge pump.
5. Changed back up cabin VHF to one with better scanning.
6. Changed oil & filters.
7. Changed impeller.
8. Had mast & rigging cleaned & inspected.
9. To do: change fuel filters, install KISS SSB ground, service heads, GO SAILING!

I'll be installing a new head/holding tank and hoses.
I've got a new alternator bracket to install and I'm looking into adding a battery monitor.
Those are the biggies along with the usual wash and wax prior to launch.
It all starts this weekend...I built a mock up of the holding tank I'd like to install to see if it will fit in the cavity where the old one sat. This may turn into a much bigger project if I have to cut open the v berth to install the larger holding tank I'm looking at.

Over the next 6 weeks I will be installing a generator. Then, the boat gets hauled for 2 months and I really go to work. Too bad I won't be doing much sailing this spring, though I did have a delightful sail on Sunday in 20kt wind and relatively warm air.
