Bought a project.
Need to rip out the cabinets in the head to get at the loose chainplate knee.
Need to rebed all the deck hardware.
Need to install an anchor roller for the Claw.
Need to repair the sunshade cover on the Genoa.
Need to replace the water system hoses.
Need to repair the holding tank connections. Vent and washout. Tank is dry and odor free so I wonder how long it's been out of service.
Need to replace the head seacock after attempting to free it up.
Need to replace the y valve. Stuck on discharge. See broken holding tank.
Need to replace the centerboard. Broken off.
Need to replace the zincs.
AND OMG!!!!! Neither bilge pump runs when the power panel is turned off. Need to figure out which one to wire direct to the battery.

Replacing gaskets in all the ports.
Replacing screens for two ports.
Replace head liner panels under the ports due to water intrusion from the ports.
Replace bad non-structural bulkhead from port leakage on starboard side.
Replace motor mounts just because they look 30 years old.
Lifelines and topping lift are vinyl covered and rust showing through cracks in vinyl.
The good news is the hull is sound and the deck firm and the sails are good and the motor runs smooth.
The bad news is there's also a "Honey do" list for this boat. :naughty:
