dont own a hunter now but am looking at a 89 30',there are some soft spots on the forward deck should i run away from this or could it be an easy fix hate to spend $ on survey and not get boat
Depending on how large the soft spots are, fixing a soft deck in fairly easy using the drill and fill method. Drill holes about 1/2 inches apart and fill with Git-rot or other similar epoxy mix. It will take a little time and look good. If the remainder of the boat is o.k. the soft spots should not stop you from going forward.
