Sooo cold my internet connection froze up on me and I missed some of the fun in this thread!Ha. 70 degrees for Saturday! (expecting fog). Bout 8 more weeks and we will be out there sailing in shorts! Here is a teaser from Jan. 14 at Cat Island:

I know it's little hard on yawl down there this winter
and I feel bad for yawl but secretly I can't help occasionally

I think my pancreas have frozen up north here. While the Great Lakes offer some truly exceptional sailing, fresh water = easy on boats, the sub zero temps are really tough to take and the duration of the winters make our summers truly precious. Gotta say when you can only sail for about 6 months a year there is never any danger of taking it for granted.
