sliding fresh water tank

Newbie question. Discovered that my fresh water tank slides about beneath the sette on the starboard side in my '82 27 to the point that the intake hose is irreversibly kinked. Any suggestions for resolving this problem or securing the tank in place? Thanks.

easy fix

My 75 cat 27 has a little wooden wall around the tank which is glassed in to the bottom of the boat. You can use a short, thin piece of wood, say 2 inches high and 1/8 inch thick, then lay some glass cloth and epoxy over it to bond it to the bottom.
