We're probably all familiar with signal flags that can be used or combined to render certain meanings. "Diver down", "Not under command", "I require a tow", etc. Well, years ago I saw in a catalog a pillow with two signal flags on it which, according to the catalog, meant "Permission to Lay Alongside". Now I think that's really cute. But I've never seen it again, and can find no reference in Chapman's (or other resource) to validate the message.Has anyone else seen this? 'Would make a nice Christmas gift for the Admiral!Thanks...Captain Bruce Humphrys,Bayport, Minnesota
