The 189 hours stems from: a) Bob's a Doctor who rarely had time to use his boat. b) Bob's a racer who had little use for engines c) Bob's a blue water cruiser who's engine hour meter broke during his first offshore passage and after all, "engine hours are really just hours spent not sailing..."
