When they got to the point of being aggresive
(Where they were forcing their boats and dinghy's into you) I would have immediately called the marine police in the area. Kind of like what Don and Others had said. I am amazed you didn't do that. Its one thing when the are loud, its a whole 'nuther thing when they are aggressive. When you call say things like "underage boaters" & BWI (Boating while intoxicated) Unregistered Dinghy's boats, etc running over swimmers etc. Whatever it takes for the Marine Police to take the situation seriously. When the Marine police come by to check on things who do you think they are going to listen to. The quite people on a sailboat or the noisy motorboat raftup with their Aft pointing into the wind, dinghy engines running, music blasting and drunk. Hopefully they will board thier boat and find 1/2 dozen violations and maybe if your lucky some really illegal "stuff"

Maybe that'll shut them up and fine one or two of them. If any of them are drunk in a dinghy - that'll really screw them. I bet the local Marine Police don't like this kind of behavior and hassle the crap out of them. Now don't get me wrong, I understand a good party on a boat and I am sure we've been loud a little bit late in the evening and the music pumping, but any agressive behavior or intimidation should never be tolerated
