Why can't you replace that last block with a ratchet block with cam cleat?

I couldn't find a single device that is all of a ratcheting block with stantion mount and ratcheting, so my first change will be a non-ratcheting cam cleat block

Like these? You could use the ratchet block, and still use your cleat when you're done with the furler adjustment.
