family home, finished in 1870, g.g,grandfather ran schooners and owned a stone quarry, ships carpenter, captain, shipping company, everything came off the property except the glass for the windows, originally. his son got his sailing schooner license at age 17 in the 1860's
this photo was taken 4 days ago. oldest house on the bay. was built next to the old indian path that ran along the bay
