Can anyone spot the maker of this ≈50' boat?

We thought it might a Hunter, but it has a back stay.

I think older Hunters (Legends and Cherubini's) had back stays.

But the windows don’t look like a Hunter to me.

Using a bit of photo math, that cant be a 50'. Distance between Bollard on finger pier ≈10-12'
so maybe 40-45'

I am guessing the name. Where would we look it up?
If he didn’t blank out the state registration and boat name, we could check various sources to see if it showed up....like SBO.

Looks like a Catalina hull and ports to me, Isomat NG mast with the black plastic mast plates, but the wood grab rails were replaced with stainless about 1990 and doesn't seem right.

Look closely at the stern just above the blanked out name. Looks like it could read Catalina. Hunter put their name further forward. Catalina's is more toward the stern. IMHO not a Hunter.

state registration and boat name
I zoomed in to the Registration and name. Too blurry.
But it was maybe TX and the name looked like Sun??????? or Tun??????

I blanked it out for a reason... the boat is for sale [ extremely unbelievable low price]. Not to me, dang it.:frown:
The picture was given to me to help, if it was a good deal.

Except for the sweep back spreaders it does look like Catalina Morgan 43

The other easy to spot hallmark of a C42 is that the aft stay is attached to an offset chainplate on one side of the stern access.
