For what it's worth...
I went with Pineapple Sails for my new sails on my Catalina 25. We worked out a sail plan I am comfortable with (More like stoked!) for the conditions on our little Clinton Lake in Illinois. That is an important step for me at this point in my sailing career. It was great to have a discussion about sailing instead of sails.
Buying sails is a difficult process if you're a "research first" kind of buyer like me. I learned a lot from this forum and others and I appreciate all the input. As you read often, it comes down to personal choice and values. All five sailmakers I engaged were professional and capable.
I'm convinced I got the best! The rest is all sail trim and helmsmanship. (The hard part, eh?)
