It is allowing the top of rudder to drag on bottom. Not sure how to repair or where to get new bearings. Could use some help thanks

And check this thread link, too. I'm not sure if it was this site or Facebook where I saw a 340 had the same problem, only a lot worse. So pull the cockpit floor and check the top of the rudder if you already haven't.
