Anybody got the Loos gauge readings for the standing rigging tension on a Catalina 310?

I'll check tomorrow

I used to have them written down, but I can't find it right now. According to Brion Toss Rigging, the tension should be 10-12% of the wire breaking strength. 1/4 in. wire = about 700 lbs. tension. 5/16 in. wire = about 1000 lbs. tension. Seems kind of tight, but that’s about what I set mine at. I'll try and get the loos numbers from my gauge when I go to the boat tomorrow. I'm using the loos model PT-3.

Here it is.

I checked it out today. Lower and intermediate shrouds are 1/4 inch. I have set tension at 770-830-900 lbs. Loos reads 8-9-10. That's about 8-10% of breaking strength. Upper shrouds, 5/16 inch. Tension is 1050-1130 lbs. Loos reads 21-22. About 9% breaking strength. These settings are just slightly on the conservative side, believe it or not.
