Hello,I am looking for some input on rig tension for my 25.

Rigs should be tensioned relative to themselves; there really aren't absolute hard numbers to go by. I'd start by tensioning the headstay to the point it deflects about an inch with a twenty pound push at head height. Back stay tensioned to match. Shrouds should deflect about an inch and a half with twenty pound push at head height. From there you should sail the boat and tune for best performance.Justin - O'day Owners' Web

Oday's rigging guide

According to Oday's Manuel, they recommend that after all stays are securely attached, take the slack out of the rigging and tighten. With the mast plumb ( in a vertical position), the headstay, backstay, the two upper sidestays, should be tightened 3-5 turns more than hand tight. Lowers should be hand tight. Hope this helps.
