TLS, my question is what responsibility do you assign to the power boat driver, what do you assign to the PB driver's sheriff boss for his actions in the investigations and what to the DA. for the basis of the charges filed.

Yes, there were different actions that could have been taken by all parties in this accident. I think we all know where the main fault lay and that any actions by the sailboat would have been marginally corrective if corrective at all.

The main travesity of this very sad story is the death of a lady with no fault what so ever and the ruination of a marginally incorrect party while the politically connected bung holes walk free.

trying to respond because TLS pretty much keeps saying the same things over and over again without bothering to reply to the specifics of my posts.

Then I read this and couldn't help myself.

True enough. However, the salient fact that TLS purposely left out is that the sticker on the blood vial showed that the blood sample was 24 hours old!

This distortion should make it clear that for TLS this never was a discussion of boating safety.

At least one fact is that they didn't do an alcohol level test of any sort (blood or breath) on the cop at the time of the accident; they waited until the next day, as opposed to Dinius. I don't know if you'd call it a conspiracy or a cover-up or both... I'd opt for "both".
