Here is a screen shot of a file (.xls file) Hunter Marine sent me somewhere back in 2010 when they had customer service who replied with a smile usually within a day or so :

These are commonly published maximum allowable torques for SS "studs" as Hunter used studs and not bolts about this time. Unfortunately, they do not supply the minimum required areas of washers which would result in compressive damage to the underlying FRP if the area were too small.

I'll let the OP finds a Bene manual in the archives which gives the required torque for whatever fasteners they used on his boat.

I have to ask what the valves and lines go to in your picture. The body of the valves look to be galvanized steel and the lines don't look like the lines one would use for sea water below the waterline. Being in the bilge, these are definitely below the waterline if they are seawater lines. I'd make sure that the seawater lines and all the fittings are rated for below the waterline.
The plumbing looks like the selector valves for the water tanks.
