Replacing rigging

I am replacing all of my rigging.What's the best way to tune them as I replace them in pair's.I know they make rig tooners(125.00).But I would like to learn creative,and less expensive!way's of doing this.You sea iv'e darn near rebuilt this whole boat and besides sail's it's the last thing before completion. THANK'S FOR ANY IDEA'S.
