does anyone know what I need to replace the above parts with, preferably raymarine. buying a 29.5 with non functional autopilot and depth sounder? please get back to me asap so I can source and price replacement parts.

we are currently in negotiations to purchase said vessel. the boat is located in Maryland. I'm wondering which models would be a replacement for the non functional ones. the boat is a 94 model and the nonworking parts are from 04
Under the assumption it's a wheel pilot, which part is non-functional ? You can replace the control head or wheel drive separately for $500 to $700, a new EV1 lists for $1599 complete. Earlier models had all the software in the control head, later models have a separate course computer with gyro. That affects what you would need to replace non-functional control head, the wheel drives are interchangeable. Often there is a mechanical problem with the drive belt or idler pulleys in the wheel drive. My "02 AP has just a fluxgate compass, no course computer or rudder reference sensor, later models have both, yours could have been either in "04.

I have ST-60 instruments on mine upgraded from the ST-40 & 50 electronically they were pretty much straight replacements. The ST-50 wind vane reads a little off on the 60 head. I had to replace the 4000 auto pilot with the X-5. Not a direct replacement. Not real familiar with the new Raymarine instruments but I doubt they are direct replacement with out an adapter. Depending what is bad on the units parts are usually available on ebay
