I see you've just joined our merry little band today...welcome aboard!
I need a bit more information to answer your question...about how far is it from that aft head to the vacuum pump? Does your VacuFlush system consist of 3 separate components--bowl assemby, vacuum tank and vacuum pump, or are the vacuum tank and vacuum pump combined into a "vacuum generator." Are both toilets connected to a single HOLDING tank, or is there a separate holding tank for each toilet? And finally...do you know where the vaccuum tank and pump or vacuum generator are located in the boat? 'Cuz knowing that will be the first step in figuring out how to replace the hose without taking the boat apart.

In that case, replacing the hose shouldn't be that difficult. You only need access to both ends of it. Disconnect 'em (warming a bit with heat gun, or better yet a blow dryer will be make 'em much easier to remove...be careful, you only want to WARM 'em, not melt 'em!), connect the new hose to the old using a male-male connector and pull the new hose through as you pull the old hose out. Secure ends of the hose to the connector using PVC cement or superglue...hose clamps can get caught, duct tape won't hold if you have to tug on the hose. Cut the new hose off right behind the connector and connect both ends where they belong.

Welcome to the best forum on the web. You may not know it yet, but Peggy is the authority on sanitation systems. So you should be real happy to have her input. I know the rest of us are.
