so my Compac 16 had a leak in the keel when I bought it have fixed it and now wonder when water gets in the hull, rain or whatever, it sits way down inside the cement in the keel. If there is enough I can use a hand pump to get it out but the rest seems to sit down there a very long time. You would think it would evaporate. I finally drilled a small hole in the hull and was surprized how much came out after several weeks of sitting dry. Any suggestions for how to get this water out when it gets in? I am thinking of drilling a hold through the concrete big enough to get a hand pump down in there. Thanks
