This is a decision only you can make based on how you use your boat, distance to pump-out station, distance you have to carry the full bottom portion of the porta-potty, etc.
That being said, my previous boat (O'Day 192) had a porta-potty. My current boat (Capri 26) has a Groco head and holding tank. Personally, I wouldn't go back to a porta-potty for any reason. Replacing the joker valve once a year and motoring over to the pump out station every week or two beats carrying that porta-potty tank all the way up the dock to the restroom every couple of days. I've never used a Jabsco head but they don't seem to get very high ratings across the general population. When it comes time to replace my Groco it will probably be with a Raritan PHC.
Again, YMMV. If you can get the wife to empty the porta-poty holding tank (as a friend of mine did) then all bets are off.
