Anyone out there have a good suggestion for a company to build a dodger for a Catalina 30? I live in Sausalito, CA (Bay Area).

We used Pacific Crest Canvas in Alameda. We delivered the boat to their dock and they custom built the dodger there in 2011. We chose the "offshore" model and got a frame you can do chin ups on. It also has handles on the sides to facilitate going forward.
Last year I needed a seam that I had damaged, repaired and they declined to accept payment for fixing it.
It is still drum tight and we are very pleased.
Expect some sticker shock no matter who you use.

My brother just had a bimini and dodger made at Pacific Crest. The price was right and he's very happy with it.
