After a day of sailing in 12-17 knots winds and 4 ft swells I fired up the engine to get into the slip. The over heated lamp and buzzer sounded and would don't stop. The engine had been running fine. Now I don't seem to have any raw water output. The sea cock is not plugged, water flows when open. I checked the impeller it looks fine. What else could cause the water not to flow thru the engine. The strainer is clean and free of obstructions. I do notice that the plastic strainer(between the water pump and sea cock) view port does not have visible water in it. Normally it is clear full to the top. What about air lock? Any advice?Dan Hawaii
