Putting gas struts for poptop

Enough room?

The pop top supports on my 26s seem to lay closer together than that pic of the mac 25 with the top down. Don't see much room for the strut. Anyone have a pic of a 26s with struts?

in the Help thread, the 26 has a different poptop and support setup. Do you have any pics of yours with the top down and up? Tim

I am also confused to some extent

Would the 24 inch 90lbs struts fit the classic 26? Our friendly local automotive dealer only carries 20 or 26 inch. Which one should I go with? And how would you go about fitting it? Pics would be great help as always. The link shows a good-looking solution but no info as to inches/lbs. Thanks
