proper power for a 28mkll

I'm in the market for a 28mkll and my research has uncovered a host of different hp and brands of diesels. Also two and three blade props are used on the 28'sTell me what your top speeds under power have been and any other useful info such as, rpm, noise levels, vibration, drag, economy, etc. ???Pointing me towards an available wing keel closer than Florida would be nice too.Happy sailsJohn C

Bigger is better

Back when I was out cruising I never meet anyone who said they had to much HP, but I've talked to dozens out there that wished they had more HP. I have a 1990 28 that was re-powered with 25HP, works great. Good little boat!
