Prop Strut Tightening
I had the strut tightened on my C28 last spring. It's best to have an experienced yard do this work. Unless you're good at hull quality glass work, it's best to find a good yard. The strut bolts are glassed into the hull. Someone will have to grind in from the outter side of the hull, tighten the bolts, and reglass and fair the bottom off again. A good yard should be able to do this no problem. I had this done here in Chicago at Crowley's Yacht Yard (usually expensive cause they have a monopoly) and the total material and labor bill combined was under $700.
