Prop for C-30

I am replaceing a busted folding prop on my 1982 C30. It has the Universal 5411 diesel 11hp engine with 1" shaft.Repairing the folding prop is expensive(it is a Martec Eliptic RH 14d x10p x 1).The original Catalina parts list calls for a 2 blade 12d x 11p x 1" RH part # 51-03-23-505.Catalina can't seen to cross reference this to new part numbers or even verify that that is the recommened prop.Each source that I have contacted had a different guess as to what it should be. (Catalina tech said that he had an old hand wriiten note that called for a LH 12x12 three blade--I know that it is RH, so not much confidence there. I have filled out Micigan Wheels on line "prop it right" form but no responce. Has any one replaced a prop on a C-30 with a 5411 diesel lately? Any help appriciated.

The 12" with 11" pitch would seem

about right for a 11hp, I'd try calling Minney's Surplus or your local Yacht surplus dealer. Or look for a local "prop shop" someone who repairs props they can help you figure it out and get one.
