How do I measure these Windows for replacement order? same both sides, they open and must have that but need to replace, there bad. Picture included

First you need to measure them.
They appear to be either Gray or Beckson ports. They sell Gray ports right here on this website, look in the store.
Otherwise, www.beckson.com.
Both should have measuring guides to tell you what to look for.
A handy removal tool is this: Beckson Portlights 101 ("removal tool" with pictures and guides for sealants)
