Polyflex engine mounts

I have a hunter 340 with the original Yanmar 3GM30F and the original Yanmar Mounts. The engine shakes a lot. I have thought about replacing the Polyflex engine mounts. Has anyone done this and if so how has it been? How is the vibration and noise now?

I would not suggest doing this unless you speak with an "authorized" Yanmar dealer. Yanmars use different mount for the forward & aft motor mounts.

The distributor's rep said, at least on my engine, each mount was unique.

I have the same boat and engine. Before investing in new mounts, I would check the shaft alignment and prop. I changed from the original two blade prop to a Campbell Sailor three blade and any noticeable vibrations I had have disappeared.
