I like your photo Bob

Hehehehehe! Funny Bob! Bob, I enjoyed your photo. Who took the photo while you were sailing? I always thought that those were the best types of photos. Yes, the ones of people's boats at dock are nice too. But the ones that are of you sailing your boat are the best! Skip

Looks like photo is in an AOL format called "ART." I think there's a way to check or uncheck a box and turn it into a standard jpeg, which will work here.

Hey, R.W.

Did you get my post awhile back about this summer? I haven't heard from you about whether you're intending to come our way. Check the archives thread about the sailor who cut his hand badly last season. I think I responded to your message in that thread. I splashed Sunday at 12:28p.m. God, it's great to be on the water again. Regards, Tom

Tom

We have a crazy summer. My youngest daughter graduating and my son getting married. I am hoping to get to Port Clinton in August for a week. If not we may just go to Erie for a couple weekends. Glad to hear you are in. I did read the your last post. As time gets closer I will probably contact you. I hope that would be OK. r.w.landau

Phil,

AOL it is. Is it their new spam or pop up screening? r.w.landau

AOL photo

Phil, I have been unable to open the photos also on my AOL. The new "allowing pop ups" feature may be the culprit like RW says. In fact, as I write this there's a tiny window at the bottom of the screen that says: "allowing pop ups from this site" you can click on it and select "view blocked pop ups" Maybe that will work, I'll try it.but on anohter subject: I can't post photos from my kodak digital. Last time I tried, it said I have 350k and your program busted me. I realize I need<80k but getting it has been the problem. I think I need to set it a low quality when I take the photo, or maybe when I transfer the photo. Once the photo is a file I have been unable to "dumb it down" with the software...but I have a feature in AOL called "you've got pictures" which basically downloads photos at an AOL website and the photos there take up almost no space. Edited comment: I was able to pull up the photo in the "sea anchor" post.
