These are great boats - buy it! They stopped making them in the mid 60's so look for the obvious things on an old boat. These were one of the first all fiberglass small boats. The glass is thick - much thicker than it needed to be. So, hull integrity is not an issue. Mine (a '63) had some cracking but most was spider cracks and surface level issues, nothing structural and all easily repaired.
I would suggest you check out rigging hardware in particular, only because stuff is hard to replace. You can use some parts from O'Day Daysailor - they're basically the same boat (some say O'Day got their design from the Hawk).
