Pearson 34 - bringing Main and Spin halyard back to the cockpit

I want to bring my main and spin halyards back from the mast to the cockpit. I am worried about putting two stand-up swivel blocks on the deck on each side of the mast and using backing plates for support. Worried about the stress on the deck.
Can't use a halyard organizer plate because I don't have a deck-stepped mast. Wondering if anyone has tackled this issue and has suggestions.

With an adequate backing plate, the stand up blocks will be fine.... You can always call a customer service rep at one of the major hardware manufacturers for their recommendations. You still have to turn the lines around the hatch area to the winch so you'll need a deck mounted organizer also...

Ditto Joe.....no big deal. Consider hiring a rigger do it if you are not comfortable with the installation.
