Hi, I own a 1980 Pearson 32. This fitting has come off. (see pics) I’m still trying to figure out what it is actually covering and what it is called? It is a beveled plug of some sort. The last pic is a similar through hull. Does anyone know where I can buy one of these? Thank you

I just dug up an old schematic of thru hull locations. Looks like it could have been for the optional speedometer sender. I assume this is a plug. Anyone know where I can find something like this?

Hull Plugs for old through-hulls should be permanent, not temporary. Leaks are not desired.

There are two options, as I see it:
1. Install a replacement through-hull with a proper valve
2. patch the hole permanently and restore the hull's integrity.

Your choice.
