Well, diver came out and tightened the nut. Prop had a small amount of wiggle when the shaft was rotated back/forth.
I got the vertical alignment of the prop shaft tight but there is still approx .006 of gap laterally on the port side of the coupler.
Haven't had a chance to test it or see if shifting and/or vibration is any better but at least the prop doesn't clunk back and forth when I rotate the shaft coupler by hand now.
