Painting fiberglass boxes around steering wheel, O'Day 28 1985

How much time should I expect to spend bottom painting my boat? 28 foot Oday never done it before only doing one coat. Current paint not in too bad of shape. have tomorrow off was hoping to get it done in a day.

One coat you can definitely do in a day off. I’ve done it in just an afternoon if I’m well prepared. Just be sure to have all your supplies ready. Tape the waterline, roll it all on, touch up any tricky spots you couldn’t reach with the roller, and clean up.
