I plan to replace my chainplates and wonder if anyone has specs for them. I was able to get a rough measurement of 4 at 12" and 2 at 14" to be made in 316 SS .250 x 1 1/2 these have lasted 37 years. There is a slight bend at the deck what degree bend? Two are showing rust streaks at the bolts from water seepage so guess I will do all of them.

You can get chain plates from Massmarine.com. They are used but you can use them for a pattern.

I don't have the specs for you particular chainplates, but I replaced all of mine last winter and it was far cheaper to buy the raw stainless and have them machined (using the old ones as patterns) than to buy them pre-made. I sourced the stainless steel (316 1.5"x.25" flat bar stock) from onlinemetals.com. I had them cut to length by online metals (mainly to save on oversize shipping costs) and then took them to a local machine shop to cut the bolt holes, shape the tops, and polish them. Mine didn't have a bend in them, but if you have an old one as a pattern, most machine shops should be able to accommodate your needs.
