Both Nick and Kloudie's point are good but before tackling the job, are you absolutely sure it's coming from the transmission ? If so the oil you pick up should be fairly clean. Using a clean paper towel, wipe whatever you find under the tranny. If black and dirty, then it's coming from the engine. The plate on the tranny will tell you what transmission you have. The KM tranny uses grade 30 engine oil and the KBW uses transmission oil (I believe ATF dextron type). The other suggestion I'd make is to get the manual and see if you can indeed remove the seal from the outside. Don't know about the KBW, but on the KM if I'm not mistaken, the oil seal is press-fitted inside the housing and removing with the output shaft still in place might proove to be very difficult.
