Can anyone point me to the bilge pump on an O'Day 30. Also, explain the 3-way valve and pump under starboard setee for head/water.

Three Way Valve

I have an O'Day 34 and hopefully you have the same set up as I have. I think the 3-way valve you may be referring to controls the flow from your two(?) water tanks. If it's like mine, you have three lines coming out of the valve. Two of the lines are from the tanks, one from each tank. The third line running out of the valve connects to your plumbing. This allows you to control the water from each tank. I can't immagine any valve that would control both your fresh water and head unless someone replumbed to provide fresh water to your head. In that case make sure you have adequate back flow protection for your freshwater.

Interesting, there are two three way valves under starboard setee: one big valve that I think is for head pump out and pump to sea and another small valve w/ clear lines that now must be for water to either tank. Don't know where waste tank is or bilge pump but will change the lines out this winter. Love the boat, very sturdy cruiser and not slow.

Oh - That 3 Way Valve

On my 34, the holding tank is under the V-berth and the 3 way valve for that tank is there. That 3 way valve diverts the contents of the holding tank either out of the tank through the sea cock and into the water or through the pumpout fitting on the deck and into a proper disposal device.

update

Well I figured out the valves and plumbing, but the bilge remains an issue. I somehow got water in the boat bilge - happened after I filled the fresh tanks, but could be a bad hose on the engine as there was water under the motor. Anyway, the pump under the table in salon worked w/ new wires so old wires or switch was bad. Unfortunately that pump just took the water aft and not out so maybe there's another pump back there that's not working. Dry as a bone now but need to either find other pump or get a line under deck to back to set up a hose to pump it out.
