Big Question
Hi Conway;I recently purchased a set of new hand rails at a garage sale for $1.00. Cannot go wrong with that! I looked at removing the old ones, but on of the bolts is covered up by my bulkhead, one on either side of the cabin. I do not want to take the bulkhead out, that would be a very major job that I don't think is neccessary. How did you solve this problem? I was just going to cut the teak and bolt just above the cabin top, then grind the bolt down flush with the top. More then likely, it would just fall between the liner and the outside mold. I was going to fill the hole with epoxy and would leave that leg of the hand rail un-attached. It has eight bolts to hold it, it is more then adequete for the job. How did you solve this problem, or did you!Your help is appreciated. If you have not found the plastic caps, I have some extra ones, I can send them to you.Paul
