Can you get some more pics? I'd drill into the crack to check for moisture and rotted balsa. If you can't stick a finger in it, you wont be able to get a good assessment in my opinion. I would not sail it without further investigation and/or repair

What's that bit of blue in the third picture? It looks like it might be foam core that had sheared apart. It looks like it was repaired before? The texture around the crack looks different.
It also looks to be very close to your shroud chainplate. If that is the case, no, not safe to sail. You'll need to grind away the cracked layer, replace the core, and lay up some new glass. Not terribly hard normally, but it will be messy and awkward in that spot.
