I must be getting air in my water lines because I am getting a vibration in the lines when the water is on. Where could I be getting air?

Maybe from your empty water tank?
Sorry couldn't help it.:D
On a more serious and hopefully helpful note. Is there air spitting out the Faucet? Check to see if you have a leak somewhere just before your water pump. Is your pump holding pressure in the line with all the faucets closed otherwise?

Yep, between the tank and the pump, otherwise you'd have a water leak and the pump would be cycling.

Bleed air from your hot water heater - First. Simply pressurize the water system then open the 'pressure relief valve' on the hot water heater until all air is expelled .... as a FIRST step before investigating for loose or leaking water lines.

I have a rotary drive Nick. I replaced it and it is working fine. Why it failed is the question.
