I made an inquiry to Catalina Yachts about three weeks ago regarding the setting up of hoist sling for my Capri 18. I still have not received a reply from them. Are they always so slow to respond? I hope this is not the norm for customer concerns.

Now that's bad news......

.... I have been singing David's praises these past 5 years, I'm sorry to here of his departure. My primary reason for recommending pre-owned Catalinas was the outstanding commitment they had to all of their owners. Not just new buyers. The customer relations foundation, lead by David Graas, created a tremendous loyalty to the company, and I'm sure was the reason many move up buyers stayed with Catalina. I hope Frank Butler understands how important David's outstanding customer service was to the Catalina community and that he finds someone to maintain that high standard.
