Hi, I just scraped the bottom of my 310 and the propeller (lots of barnacles). I noticed that by cleaning the prop, not only was I able to increase the rpm, but my operating temperature dropped from the normal 180 to 165. This is in the Gulf of Mexico, where the surface temperature is 89 degrees. Maybe that will help you.
