John, thank you!
Now let me tell you how the picture was taken. This is on day 'two'. The first day we tried to drop the hook in the waterfall out-wash, like we used to do in the '80s. (this was our first trip back since we went to the tropics) Anyway, the current kept swinging us over and in front of, RAFTED POWER BOATS! We gave up and anchored to the west of the falls that night. Then we went over to the power boaters and apologized for making them think we might anchor on top of their rodes. We explained that we would never do that and that it was the current that swung us over their hooks. (they seemed genuinely impressed that we would make the effort to apologize) Anyway (again) the next morning the power boaters left and we took their spot. If we didn't have the new windlass and chain on a single anchor, we wouldn't have gone to all the trouble. But we did want that photo. The ones we took in the 'old days' are lost so we had to get a new 'magazine cover' picture. Thanks again John.
