...ok first dry day we have had here in Ga...so i just mounted the doors i have been working on for a few days ...they need varnish but they seem to fit and open and close well ...i also need to cut the glass for them but other than that they are done i used pocket screws on the back side and plugged them with cherry plugs

Great looking job. It looks like you used the same lift off style hinges I used.

We ended up putting a film on the windows (available at home improvement stores) to obscure vision and still let light in. Now I don't need to worry about scaring the neighbors while dressing.

thanks Ken

yep got them right here a SBO store ordered them and in 3 or 4 days they were here and they even found a better way to ship them a little cheaper can't beat that for service they were sea dog brand and looked as good as the higher priced Perko ones

Those came out real nice!
Given any thought to making the glass removable so you could place in screens?

Very nice, do you have the tutorial available?

All U Get
thanks...yes i do if you go to Zarcor site and read there measuring instructions and also watch there video on instillation it will be come very clear how to make them (that cuts out a lot of self engineering on your part)...i will say this there are a lot of variables in making a trapezoid shape so go slow and double check twice before you cut anything or you will waste material and at 20 bucks a board ft that gets tough ...also make sure you have sharp router bits and saw blades as teak is very hard on tools don't know weather it is the pepper smell :D or silica content but it is hard on them

Nice! For the hinge screws to the boat, do they go through the vertical board and into boat structure?

btw.... your doors look fantastic. When I finish the more pressing repairs on my boat... I want to think about redoing my doors and my hatches.
