Best--maybe the only--way that makes any sense
A motor alone would cost you as much as a complete new toilet, and you're prob'ly not likely to find one anyway. However, you should be able to find the "base kit" (everything but the bowl). Or, you can upgrade to the Raritan SeaEra "conversion" (also everything but the bowl), which is a far more durable toilet, for less money. The SeaEra was designed to be an identical "drop in" replacement/upgrade for the jabsco 37010 series. To see both, go the jabsco site here: http://www.jabsco.com/prodInfoApp/servlet/ListTypes?categoryId=JMTOI&catalogId=Marine and click on "electric toilets and kits".The SeaEra conversion is here: http://www.raritaneng.com/products/toilets/electric/sea_era.htmlThese folks usually have the best price: http://www.raritaneng.com/products/toilets/electric/sea_era.html
