need source for clevis pin 5/32"x1/2"...

I have a ronstan 28mm swivel block and the shackle pin has been lost....
does anyone know of a source for these? it is a 5/32 x 1/2.... or 5/8" long

it seems that the 5/32" diameter pins are not common. thanks.

Call ronstan. I'll bet it's not 5/32 but is metric, 6 or 8 mm. Jamestown Distributors has various sizes in zinc and stainless. www.jamestowndistributors.com/

I could buy another shackle to replace it, but a pin should be a couple dollars vs 28 dollars for a new 28mm swivel becket block...
west marine doesnt offer 5/32 pins.
6 or 8 mm equates to 1/4 and 3/8".... 5/32" is smaller than 3/16 but bigger than 1/8"... a 4mm would probably work if i could find one.

thans for the replies... every supplier this side of the pond seems to have 1/8 and 3/16.... if i want 5/32 or 4mm, it seems I will have to order from the UK...

WADR, a 28 mm block seems to be more easily replaced in toto vs. trying to find an unavailable component. Try pricing a replacement block and you might find that, even if available, it may be more cost effective to replace the whole, then spend some time finding the right part and having a backup.

Did you consider getting the right size of a bolt, easier to find- even West has them i'm sure. Maybe even a lock nut while you're at it. Lots cheaper, i'm sure.
