navicom depth sounder and knotmeter

Hello again,Need to call on the Catalina nation once more!We have on board a depth sounder from Navicom DS200 and a knotmeter Navicom DL200. We understand that Navicom is no longer in business??? Although, we have the intruction manuals, pretty weak at best, we are trying to find out more information about the product, where can we get new sensors? can we mix and match thru-hull sensors from another firm with the Navicom computer unit? what is the best way to troubleshoot these units to find out what wrong? Both units power up but none of them seem to be receiving any signal from the thru-hulls. (The knotmeter thru-hull is in place and we removed the depth sounder thru-hull prior to launching as we knew it did not work)Thanks to all,GhislainHappy sailor

Navico sold

There is a great article about instrument packages in this month's Practical Sailor Magazine. It included the following "the Navico brand was purchased by Simrad, which markets Simrad IS12 and Simrad IS15 instrument systems". You may have to research Simrad to get your answer.
